The best part is, you can input the url of your website and the keywords you want to rank for in the search engines, so each blog post will have different anchor text.
Here's an example:
Say you have a website on weight loss. You can put in your url (even inner pages like weightlossmadeeasy(dot)com/weightlosspills) and then you can type in related keywords you want to rank for. I usually use around 4. So, you could type in:
1. Fast Weight Loss
2. How To Lose Weight
3. Best Weight Loss Tips
4. Lose Weight Fast
Every time your post goes onto a different Wordpress blog, it will have a random link. This looks more natural to the search engines. So, one post could have "fast weight loss" and "lose weight fast", while the next post would have two different links. When you get enough of these links built up, your website will rank on page one of Google and you'll be getting huge amounts of traffic.
